Commits in this version: account-state visibility in Settings with a re-auth gate, opt-out for state-change emails (generic subjects by default), data export available in every account state, photo-verification selfie auto-deleted within 48 hours, NCMEC report payload itemized, internal-models scope-limited away from DMs and scene negotiations and photos, anonymous-report scrutiny rules, no automated CSAM hash-matching, no aggregated complaints registry, and bereavement/law-enforcement processes.
